About the role

We are looking for childcare apprentices to join our busy settings at Mulberrybush Nursery Ltd. You will be supported throughout your Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard course and be surrounded by an experienced team who will help and guide you to gain your qualifications. You will be involved in planning and delivering high-quality care to our children and maintaining our very high standards.

Duties will include carrying out activities with children, planning activities to meet their needs, observing them in their play, ensuring they reach their full potential and are happy and thriving in a caring environment. You will also be responsible for safeguarding children, cleaning duties, and supervising snacks and lunch.

Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, along with strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. We are looking for creative, initiative-taking, non-judgemental, patient individuals who are physically fit.
