About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's care routines and wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observe children's progress, and promote equality and inclusion. Adherence to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures is essential, along with reporting any concerns regarding child welfare. This role requires teamwork to provide high-quality care and education.

Desired requirements include GCSE English and Maths at grade 3/D or above, along with strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience.
