About the role

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to become a confident Activity Instructor and build a career in the outdoor industry. Over 10 months, JCA will provide comprehensive training, support, and industry-recognised qualifications. The role involves delivering safe, fun, and engaging activity sessions to groups in a residential setting, ensuring memorable experiences for guests. Key responsibilities include adapting delivery styles, ensuring safety, maintaining equipment, providing first aid, creating a welcoming environment, and collaborating with the team. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a Level 3 qualification in Outdoor Activity Leadership, with opportunities for further qualifications and progression to Senior Instructor roles.
