About the role
Northern Skills is recruiting on behalf of Subway for a Sandwich Artist apprentice. As part of this Level 2 apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, customer service, and day-to-day store operations within a busy Subway store. This role provides a strong foundation for a future career in hospitality, retail food service, or management. You will learn to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and work effectively as part of a fast-paced team. Key responsibilities include food preparation according to Subway's standards, greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining store hygiene, assisting with stock management, and supporting colleagues. You will also follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standards.
