About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a new Support Worker Apprentice to study towards an Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, developing essential care skills, and contributing to a positive environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and supporting daily outings. Responsibilities also include contributing to care plans, undertaking household activities, handling cash for errands, and maintaining accurate records. The apprenticeship program is delivered by Paragon Skills and lasts for 10 months, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.
