About the role
Bright Beginnings is seeking two Childcare Apprentices to join their nursery team in Watford. The apprenticeship will lead to an Early Years Practitioner qualification at Level 2 or 3, depending on prior experience. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning, development, and well-being, building positive relationships with children and families, and contributing to a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, preparing activities, supporting children's play and development, assisting with routines, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents. The role also involves attending training and completing coursework as part of the apprenticeship program. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
