About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Davenport Pharmacy as an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant. You will be involved in dispensing medication, handling over-the-counter sales, checking prescription slips, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role also includes stock rotation, using patient record systems, data entry, and labelling. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential, as you will work within a team and liaise with healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for completing apprenticeship work on time. This apprenticeship offers the chance to progress to a Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship and potentially secure a permanent position within the organisation. The pharmacy is located in Stockport and is looking for a hardworking and determined individual.
