About the role
As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of senior kitchen staff to learn and develop essential culinary skills. This role provides hands-on training, giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in professional cookery while working towards a recognised culinary qualification. Duties include assisting with food preparation, learning cooking techniques, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following hygiene procedures, supporting stock management, and participating in training sessions to develop culinary knowledge, kitchen skills, and time management.
