About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant at Shoebury Pharmacy. You will be involved in dispensing medication, managing over-the-counter sales, checking prescriptions, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role also includes stock rotation, data entry related to medication, and working with patient record systems. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. You will also liaise with healthcare professionals and ensure all apprenticeship work is completed on time. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and progression to a Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
