About the role

Bluebird Care is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Adult Care Apprentice in Southampton & Totton. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study towards an Adult Care Worker (Level 2) qualification while providing high-quality, compassionate care to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, providing companionship, effective communication, problem-solving, understanding legislation and risk assessment, learning about nutrition and hydration, safeguarding, medication administration, dealing with challenging situations, and working effectively within a team. This role is ideal for individuals with attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time role.
