About the role

Charter House Resource Centre CIC is seeking an Apprentice Support Worker to join their team in Burnley. This apprenticeship offers a Level 2 Adult Care qualification and provides comprehensive training and experience in supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities, the elderly, and those with dementia. The role involves working across both day service settings and in people's own homes, promoting social inclusion, independence, and lifelong learning. Key responsibilities include assisting service users with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and supporting domestic tasks. The apprenticeship is a 12-month program, and upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
