Memory Jane Healthcare is seeking an Apprentice Care Assistant for a domiciliary role in Southampton. This apprenticeship offers a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. The role involves supporting individuals in their homes with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. Key responsibilities include following care plans, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety procedures. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours between 7 am and 10 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the domiciliary nature of the work. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role. Paragon Education & Skills Limited is the training provider, an Ofsted-rated 'Good' national provider.
