About the role

Resilient Healthcare is seeking an Apprentice Support Worker to undertake a Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to service users in their own homes, ensuring they maintain independence and dignity. Key responsibilities include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic tasks, emotional support, and adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies. The apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge required for the Health and Social Care sector, working towards the Care Certificate. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
