About the role

This Aspiring Leader apprenticeship at British Airways offers a comprehensive 3-year program with several rotational placements. You will gain in-depth insight into colleague and customer experience, as well as commercial, operations, and strategy roles. The program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to become a leader within the company's journey towards 'A Better BA'. A key part of the apprenticeship includes a placement at Heathrow Airport within the customer experience team, where you will study for a Level 6 Chartered Management qualification.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs at grade 9 - 4 (A*- C) desirable and achieved or predicted to achieve 2 A-Level passes or Level 3 equivalent.
