About the role
Join Morrisons as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice on a 3-year program. You'll gain hands-on experience across various manufacturing teams, understanding equipment, processes, and technologies. This role offers the chance to work on exciting live projects, learn from skilled team members, and contribute to improving production line efficiency. Duties include running production lines, leading teams, and providing support during peak trading times. Upon completion, you could be ready for a Shift Manager role and achieve chartered membership with the CMI.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4, plus 112 UCAS points (achieved or predicted). Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential.
