About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Equine Groom Apprentice at Hartsop Farm, a prestigious training and rehabilitation facility. You will be responsible for daily yard duties including mucking out, feeding, grooming, and general horse care. You will also assist with turning out, bringing in horses, and supporting training and handling sessions, gaining valuable insight into Monty Roberts techniques. The role requires working effectively within a team and independently, with a focus on maintaining high standards of yard presentation and horse welfare. Potential opportunities for exercise routines and riding may arise, and for the right candidate, there is a possibility of progression into a permanent role.
