About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to become an Apprentice Watercress Grower at VITACRESS SALADS LIMITED. You will learn all aspects of growing watercress, from understanding the plant's life cycle to maintaining production areas and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role involves both internal and external training, including first aid, and requires physical fitness to work in all weather conditions. You will perform general farm duties, assist with new production methods, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. A driving licence is essential as you may be required to work on different sites across the UK. Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position.
