About the role
BF Adventure is seeking an enthusiastic individual to train as an Outdoor Activity Instructor. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training to deliver a range of adventure activities safely and professionally to diverse client groups. The role involves creating an enjoyable and challenging learning environment, promoting equal opportunities, and ensuring participant safety. Duties include active participation in learning, listening to guidance, delivering activities independently and with support, maintaining equipment and sites, and assisting with site maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, keen, and possess strong communication, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with initiative, creativity, patience, and physical fitness.
