About the role
SEEDLINGS DAY NURSERY LTD is seeking a dynamic individual for a Childcare Level 3 apprenticeship. This role involves supporting children aged 9 months to 5 years, acting as a key person to a small group, making learning fun, and liaising with parents/carers. Duties include ensuring each child's needs are met, working in partnership with families, reporting concerns to the manager, providing stimulating play experiences, ensuring child safety, and participating in team meetings and training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, team working, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, and patience skills, along with physical fitness.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
