About the role
SEEDLINGS DAY NURSERY LTD is seeking a dynamic individual for a Childcare Level 3 Apprenticeship in London. This role involves supporting babies and children aged 0-5 years, acting as a key person to a small group, making learning fun, and liaising with parents/carers. Duties include building effective relationships with parents, advising the manager of any concerns, teaching children through stimulating play, ensuring child safety, and participating in team and training meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and administrative skills, with a patient, non-judgemental, and initiative-driven approach. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 are desired. The apprenticeship includes a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and leads to a permanent position.
