About the role
This Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship at Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will equip you with high-quality customer service and administration skills. You will work as part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and have opportunities to progress your career within MFT. Duties may include welcoming patients at reception, managing appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining patient records, providing administrative support to clinical and administrative colleagues, and assisting with general office duties. Upon completion, there are opportunities to progress into a Band 3 role or higher, with further chances to gain qualifications under MFT's 'Apprenticeship First' approach.
