About the role

Support the delivery of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives across a high-profile contract. Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in analysing performance data, maintaining systems, supporting compliance activities and driving a positive safety culture across the business.

Duties include collecting, analysing, and reporting on QHSE performance data, producing reports and presentations, maintaining QHSE systems and records, monitoring action completion from audits and incidents, supporting audit coordination, assisting with risk assessments and procedures, and delivering safety campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Previous experience in a related role is beneficial. The apprenticeship offers potential career progression to QHSE management.

Entry requirements

  • Previous experience within a QHSE, compliance, reporting, administration or analytical role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience using SharePoint, reporting platforms or QHSE management systems would be advantageous. Punctual and reliable. Great communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
