Gilbert & Armstrong LTD t/a The Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant to join their team in Mosborough. This role involves dispensing medication, managing over-the-counter sales, checking prescriptions, and maintaining health & safety standards. You will be responsible for stock rotation, using patient record systems, accurate data entry, and labelling. The ideal candidate will possess strong accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for liaison with healthcare professionals and patients. The apprenticeship includes working within a team and ensuring timely completion of apprenticeship work. A GCSE in Maths and English at grade 4 is desired, along with strong communication, customer care, and organizational skills. Patience, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to speak Urdu or Punjabi are also beneficial.
