About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to horse care at Level 2. Duties will encompass all aspects of equine grooming and stable management, including mucking out, grooming, trimming, plaiting, lunging, health care, feeding, and assisting with travel and competitions. The program emphasizes hard work, a willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and weekend commitments. Apprentices are expected to be dedicated to improving their English and Maths skills, completing online learning, attending training punctually, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring work is completed by target dates. Progression opportunities to Level 3 are available.
