About the role
J Paxman Landscapes is seeking eager-to-learn individuals for their Apprenticeship Programme in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Grounds Maintenance. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers practical and vocational skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving experience, and training in garden design principles, machinery use, supervision, and environmental sustainability. Apprentices will work in all-weather, open spaces and will gain a CSCS card and NPORS certificate. The role is physically demanding and hours may vary. The company is a well-established, family-run business with a strong focus on skill development and investing in the next generation of landscapers. Future employment and progression with J Paxman are anticipated.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English at grade 4, good communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, team working ability, and organisation skills.
