About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program for aspiring Site Managers within the construction industry. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience by working alongside seasoned site staff, actively participating in a wide range of site management tasks. This includes supporting senior management and project managers, managing inductions, ensuring the implementation of safe working systems and behavioral standards, overseeing environmental impacts, assisting with client and subcontractor meetings, controlling health and safety, identifying risks, investigating problems and proposing solutions, and supervising subcontractors. The program is designed to build essential skills in communication, IT, organization, administration, teamwork, and problem-solving, preparing the apprentice for a successful career in construction. A CSCS card is required, and candidates must be 18+ for insurance purposes. Some travel costs over £2 will be subsidized.
