About the role
This role involves working with clients on complex planning and development challenges in real estate. Responsibilities include advising on large urban regeneration schemes, promoting client interests in local planning processes, and preparing/managing planning applications for various types of projects. The role requires collaboration with specialists in areas like Environmental Impact Assessment, Development Consultancy, and Sustainability. To be eligible, candidates must be studying towards an RTPI partially or fully accredited degree with a predicted grade of 2.1 or higher, with studies completed by Autumn 2027. A passion for Real Estate and Planning is essential.
