Business Administration Estate Agent Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in estate agency as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing the applicant database, registering and matching applicants to properties, and arranging viewings. Your responsibilities will extend to liaising with landlords and tenants regarding offers, managing tenant sign-ups, and ensuring all tenancies comply with legislation and guidelines. You will also be involved in processing application forms, referencing, and arranging essential property services such as inventories and safety certificates. Updating property portals and negotiating rental increases and renewals will also be part of your duties, all while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, communication, and IT skills, who is highly organised and detail-oriented.
