About the role
Embark on a two-year Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprenticeship with Lloyds Banking Group in Manchester. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of property management, from customer support and tenancy management to property maintenance and legal compliance. You'll rotate through Lettings, Customer Operations, and Property Operations, gaining practical experience in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for customers. Additionally, you'll collaborate with charity partner Regeneration Brainery to support young people entering the property sector. The apprenticeship includes comprehensive training towards a Level 3 qualification, covering tenancy lifecycles, legal frameworks, repairs management, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates are at least 18 by September 2027, possess 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths), and have the right to work in the UK.
