About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on Business Development and Sales. You will utilize various online tools and technologies, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, job boards, and social media. Your responsibilities will include developing job specifications, preparing and posting job advertisements, and shortlisting candidates. You'll also be involved in completing competency tests, assisting new starters with registration and induction, and maintaining a customer-focused approach to meet client needs. The role involves answering calls, managing the company CRM, and supporting different recruitment teams. You will book candidates for interviews, request identification and DBS checks for successful applicants, and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A significant part of the role will be business development, including making calls to potential and existing clients. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and 2 months, leading to a Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification. English and maths functional skills will be provided if required. A full-time role with Modern Edge is a possibility for a successful candidate upon completion. A driving licence is preferred due to travel requirements.
