About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Senior Production Chef at THE NEW CHAPEL LIMITED, a unique hospitality and events venue. You will be involved in preparing, cooking, and overseeing the production of various dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen team members, coordinating daily operations, monitoring stock, and ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed. This role also involves supporting the planning and preparation of food for diverse events, from restaurant dining to weddings and private functions. You will contribute to maintaining kitchen standards, controlling costs, and supporting the development of junior colleagues. The ideal candidate will be professional, creative, and possess excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. This apprenticeship is delivered wholly in the workplace with potential for permanent employment and further training upon successful completion.
