About the role

Embark on a dynamic career in the energy industry with bp's Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S) Apprenticeship Programme. This 2-year full-time opportunity offers a pathway into commercial trading, market analysis, or shipping operations without requiring a university degree. You will work in real business roles, gain practical experience, and study towards a Level 3 (advanced) or Level 4 (higher) apprenticeship standard. Depending on your chosen track (General Business or Trading Operations), you will gain skills in supporting trading activity, analyzing market data, managing physical oil movements, or ensuring compliant operations. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for further development and specialization within bp's ST&S business. We are looking for individuals with a passion for adding value in a global business, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational and communication skills. GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above are required, and applicants must be 18 or over by September 2027.
