About the role
This Level 2 Groundworks Apprenticeship with Greenlight Safety & Training offers a comprehensive introduction to the construction industry. You will learn essential skills such as preparing and setting up construction sites, digging trenches, assisting with drainage and pipework installation, laying concrete, and installing kerbs and paving. The apprenticeship also covers the safe use of tools and equipment, reading site drawings, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures. You will work alongside experienced construction professionals and gain practical experience in a hands-on environment. Upon completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Skilled Groundworker, Drainage Operative, Plant Operator, or pursuing civil engineering roles.
