About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Marketing Apprentice at FIRST RUNG LIMITED. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing candidates via telephone, text, and email, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with daily recruitment calls. The role involves screening candidates for eligibility, booking interviews, and creating/posting apprenticeship advertisements. You will also utilize social media to promote First Rung and connect with potential candidates, while treating all information as confidential. A key part of the role includes contributing to First Rung’s marketing and promotional image, assisting with PR materials, and attending marketing events. You will also support the Marketing and Recruitment Manager with event project management and undertake general administrative duties. The apprenticeship includes 'off-the-job' training once a week at the Colindale Centre. First Rung is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
