About the role

As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, booking appointments for eye tests, performing pre-screening tests, and recommending suitable frames. The role requires individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and are keen to develop a career in the optical field. Duties include providing top-notch advice to customers, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, and measuring frames. You will also ensure the smooth running of the store by identifying and resolving any operational issues.
