About the role

This is an apprenticeship opportunity for an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant at PRX PHARMACY LTD. The role involves dispensing medication, over-the-counter sales, checking prescription slips, health & safety, stock rotation, using patient record systems, data entry, and labelling. The apprentice will also be responsible for accuracy, attention to detail, working within a team, liaising with health professionals, and completing apprenticeship work on time. The position requires GCSE Maths and English at grades 4-9 (A-C), along with strong communication, customer care, organisation, patience, and teamwork skills. Upon completion, there is potential for progression to a Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship and a permanent position within the organisation.
