About the role
Undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship supporting the day-to-day running of a pharmacy. This role involves assisting customers at the medicines counter, preparing and supplying prescriptions under supervision, handling stock and deliveries, using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. The apprenticeship includes blended learning and aims to provide a nationally recognised qualification, transferable skills, and long-term career opportunities in pharmacy. No prior experience is required, but a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic IT skills are desired.
