About the role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our progressive team as a Level 3 Engineering Technician Machinist Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in precision engineering while gaining practical experience and studying towards a nationally recognized qualification. Based in Hockley, Birmingham, the company specializes in the design, manufacture, and assembly of precision components, machine tools, and associated work-station fixtures for the aerospace, automotive, and nuclear industries. Many of our apprentices have successfully transitioned into long-term roles and become integral members of our skilled workforce, contributing to significant projects for renowned clients such as Rolls Royce, BMW, and Siemens Energy. The apprenticeship is structured for the duration of the Level 3 training course, with the potential for permanent employment and further career development within the company upon successful completion. The apprenticeship duration is 42 months, with a view to permanent employment after successful completion.
