About the role

As an Apprentice at Holcim UK, you'll become part of the engineering team at Cauldon Cement Works, learning how systems and equipment are maintained, repaired and improved to keep the site operating safely and efficiently. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll develop practical skills in maintenance, fault finding, automation and the integration of new technologies. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge, confidence and technical abilities develop.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical thinking, Team working, Initiative.
