About the role
Toad Hall Nursery is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic apprentice to complete their Level 3 apprenticeship in Early Years Education. This role offers hands-on experience alongside experienced childcare professionals, leading to the development of skills, confidence, and knowledge for a successful career in Early Years. The apprentice will work as part of a team, planning and monitoring activities for children aged birth to five. Responsibilities include ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children, maintaining a stimulating environment, and supporting qualified staff with daily routines. The apprenticeship includes working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator standard, a Level 3 Diploma, Paediatric First Aid, and potentially Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for promotion to a full-time Early Years Practitioner.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade 4 or above.
