About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn about software delivery, client requirements, product quality, implementations, and customer support within a fast-paced technology environment. You will support senior team members in gathering and documenting client requirements, translating business needs into user stories, and assisting with product backlog maintenance. The role also involves supporting new client onboarding, troubleshooting implementation issues, and contributing to QA and support desk activities. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent role.
