About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career. Duties include providing excellent activities that ensure children learn whilst having fun, supporting children's learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene requirements. Upon completion, you will become a Level 3 practitioner with potential for a permanent position and further career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork skills, creativity, initiative, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude.
