About the role

This apprenticeship at Littlegates for Little People offers a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will be responsible for providing engaging activities that support children's learning and development, preparing the learning environment, and preparing food. Key responsibilities include supporting children's self-help needs, being creative and enthusiastic, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene rules. The role requires excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with patience and initiative. Upon successful completion, you will become a Level 3 practitioner with the potential for permanent employment and future career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
