About the role

Embark on an Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship with ZUBIS NURSERY LTD in ENFIELD. This 14-month program offers hands-on experience in a childcare setting, working with children aged 0-5. You will pursue an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, learning to create engaging and safe environments, teach within the EYFS framework, support children's self-care, and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4. Key attributes sought are teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, and patience. Upon completion, opportunities include becoming a Level 3 Practitioner, potentially leading to a full-time role, room leader positions, management training, or pathways into primary education and paediatric nursing. Zubis Nursery prides itself on a family-run ethos, fostering curiosity and creativity in children. Training is provided by SWIFT ACI LIMITED, with a blend of workplace learning and weekly online sessions for the first 8 weeks, alongside a qualification in paediatric first aid.
