About the role
Hyndburn Borough Council is seeking Apprentice Crew Members for their Town Hall/Market Hall food courts. This role offers comprehensive training across various aspects of the job, including customer service, responsible alcohol service, cellar operations, food and beverage service, event support, and kitchen assistance. Apprentices will learn to handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, assist with events, and support food preparation. The position also involves customer interaction, basic financial duties, and adherence to safety protocols. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4, Food Hygiene Level 2. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, and teamwork skills are essential. Physical fitness is also required.
