About the role
1A Dental Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join their team as a trainee Dental Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing. The successful candidate will assist dentists and hygienists with clinical procedures, perform sterilisation and cross-infection control, learn reception and clerical duties, and operate R4 clinical software. Responsibilities also include stock control, training in medical emergencies and CPR, and preparing the dental surgery for sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional dental environment while pursuing a recognized qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 4) and GCSE Maths (Grade 4). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, logical, and teamwork skills are essential. Initiative, a non-judgemental attitude, and patience are also required.
