About the role
This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in Early Years and childcare at Inside Out Day Nursery. You will support children's learning and development through play, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include supporting child development, maintaining a safe and happy setting, building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, and observing children. The nursery is located in the heart of New Mills. Upon successful completion of the 15-month apprenticeship, you will gain an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, with the possibility of a full-time role afterward.
