About the role
Start your hospitality career as a Front of House Apprentice. You’ll learn to welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to customer enquiries. Gain practical experience, build your confidence and communication skills, and complete a Customer Service qualification while helping guests enjoy great dining experiences. Duties include welcoming guests, explaining menu options, taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering enquiries, preparing tables, processing payments, and handling customer feedback. You will also learn to work with colleagues to maintain food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Maths and/or English (Pass).
