About the role
Swarm is working with Gleeson Homes who are recruiting Apprentice Sales Executives to join the growing Sales team on an 18 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to develop a long-term career in professional sales. Duties include delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, identifying and following up sales opportunities, supporting the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments, working closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve targets, and developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role. Upon completion, there is a possibility of a full-time permanent position.
