About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Community, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. You'll ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience. You will also help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
